Levels of Service and Care
Level 1 - Base rate as indicated above
The resident meets the following standards:
- Continent
- Feeds self
- Needs assistance with medications
- Self-ambulating with minimal assistance
Level 2 - Additional charge of 20% of base rate per day.
The resident meets the following standards:
- Use of walker
- Oxygen therapy
- Occasional incontinence / catheter
- Needs some assistance eating meals
Level 3 - Additional charge of 30% of base rate per day.
The resident meets the following standards:
- Incontinence
- Needs complete assistance eating meals
- Wheelchair and assistance with ambulation
- Complete hygiene care
- Special treatment (i.e. Ostomy care, etc.)
